How to submit a proposal
Browse the list of panels and submit a paper proposal directly to the convenors of the panel by June 2, 2025 using the following format. Please note that only one paper proposal can be submitted.
Allowed languages can be found browsing each individual panel.
Each panel may host a minimum of three papers and a maximum of eight papers. A maximum of 2 sessions may be allocated to each panel. Each session will last 1 hour and 45 minutes.
The convenors will be responsible for communicating to the proposers the acceptance / rejection / possible relocation of the papers. Proposals not selected but deemed valid by the convenors, as well as proposals included in panels that have not reached the minimum number of 3 papers, may be relocated by the Scientific Committee to panels other than the chosen one.

- Panel convenors communicate to the Conference Organizing Committee accepted/rejected/not accepted but valid proposals using the indicated format
- Panel convenors communicate acceptance/rejection/possible relocation of submitted proposals to the proposers

- The Conference Organizing Committee communicates the relocation of valid but not accepted proposals
July 15, 2025
- Communication of the final program
