The journal focuses on the theme “War and Peace as Challenges for Social Work and Social Pedagogy” in Volume 8 (2026). We welcome abstracts for general contributions and for the focus. The deadline for the abstracts is 14 July 2024.
The OeJS is an Open Access journal with double-blind peer review, at no cost to authors (no Article Processing Charge). All editions are available to read on our editorial office web page and at Beltz Juventa Publishing. The OeJS is an Scientific Journal accepted by ANVUR for the areas 11 and 14.
The editors of the 2026 edition are: Ulrike Loch (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano), Eberhard Raithelhuber (Bertha von Suttner Private University), Viktorija Ratković (University of Klagenfurt) and Stephan Sting (University of Klagenfurt).
